We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabrication Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a Fabrication Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication process, coordinating activities, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
- Lead and supervise a team of fabricators to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Plan and organize the daily workflow, including assigning tasks and managing resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret blueprints and specifications accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material orders to maintain an uninterrupted production process.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior fabricators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns.
- Proven experience as a Fabrication Foreman or a similar supervisory role in a fabrication setting for 3-5 years.
- Strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the team effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy materials as required.
